- End-to-End Project Management: Leading complex THT equipment integration projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial technical conceptualization and requirements analysis to final on-site implementation and commissioning.
- Strategic Service Leadership: Managing the technical service department and customer support operations, ensuring high equipment uptime and delivering rapid-response troubleshooting for THT production lines.
- Technical Sales Support: Accompanying high-value deals by providing expert technical consultations, performing ROI and CT calculations.
- Customer Success Management: Driving long-term client satisfaction by supervising equipment deployment, conducting post-implementation reviews, and fostering sustainable partnerships.
