Responsible for through-hole technology (THT) projects and THT equipment.
Management of sFAB (THT) department from scratch, creating a solid foundation for structured project lifecycle management.

Duties

  • End-to-End Project Management: Leading complex THT equipment integration projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial technical conceptualization and requirements analysis to final on-site implementation and commissioning.
  • Strategic Service Leadership: Managing the technical service department and customer support operations, ensuring high equipment uptime and delivering rapid-response troubleshooting for THT production lines.
  • Technical Sales Support: Accompanying high-value deals by providing expert technical consultations, performing ROI and CT calculations.
  • Customer Success Management: Driving long-term client satisfaction by supervising equipment deployment, conducting post-implementation reviews, and fostering sustainable partnerships.
  • Process Optimization: Developing departmental workflows to reduce project preparation lead times and enhance the overall efficiency of THT service delivery.
